By using Replymer ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content posted through it. Replymer monitors social media platforms on your behalf and can generate and publish automated replies using your connected accounts. All replies published through the Service are posted on your behalf and under your responsibility. We strongly recommend reviewing generated replies before enabling autopilot mode, as automated content may not always perfectly reflect your intended tone or message.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Replymer account and any social media accounts connected to the Service. You must use strong, unique passwords and should not share your credentials with unauthorized parties. Automated posting activity carries inherent risk of triggering rate limits or policy enforcement on third-party platforms. We recommend reviewing replies before enabling autopilot mode to reduce the risk of unintended content being published on your accounts.
Replymer is not liable for any suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed on your Twitter/X, Reddit, or other social media accounts as a result of automated activity performed through the Service. By using Replymer, you acknowledge and accept the terms of service of each platform you connect. Automated posting carries inherent risk, and you assume full responsibility for ensuring your usage complies with each platform's policies.
Replymer uses artificial intelligence to score mentions, generate replies, and analyze content relevance. AI-generated replies are produced by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or content that does not perfectly match the context of a conversation. There is no guarantee of accuracy, appropriateness, or factual correctness of AI-generated content. Human review of all generated replies is strongly recommended before publishing, especially when autopilot mode is enabled.
The Service integrates with third-party providers whose own terms of service apply to your use. These include OpenAI for AI-powered content generation and scoring, Stripe for payment processing, Reddit for social media monitoring and publishing, and Twitter/X for social media monitoring and publishing. Replymer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of each third-party provider's terms.
Replymer operates on a usage-based billing model. Your subscription plan includes a set amount of credits that cover scanning, reply generation, and publishing. Replies are charged per published reply at the rate defined by your active plan. Unused plan credits do not roll over between billing periods. If your included credits are exhausted, additional usage is charged against your credit balance. You can add funds to your balance at any time via one-time top-ups. Your workspace will be paused if your balance reaches zero and your plan credits are exhausted.
No refunds are issued for reply credits that have already been consumed. For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund is available if you cancel within the first 14 days of your billing period. All refund requests and billing disputes should be directed to support@replymer.com. Refunds for top-up credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not available once credits have been applied to your account.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also request a full export of your data by contacting us at support@replymer.com. Data processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (to provide and improve the Service) and your explicit consent where required. We process only the data necessary to operate the Service, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service for spam or other prohibited purposes. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted. Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account termination and no further charges will be made.
